Recreational Class Options

Cartwheels

This introductory class is the perfect foundation for athletes just starting their tumbling journey. We focus on building fundamental body awareness, coordination, and core strength through structured, step-by-step drills. Athletes will master foundational skills—such as handstands, cartwheels, and roundoffs—while gaining the confidence and technique needed to safely progress to the next level.

Walkovers

Take your tumbling to the next level! This class focuses on the flexibility, core strength, and balance required to master front and back walkovers. Upgrading from basic execution to fluid motion, athletes will work through precise shaping drills and bridge progressions. This class is excellent for dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts looking to add elegant, controlled skills to their routines.

Handsprings

Ready to power up your tumbling? This fast-paced class is dedicated to mastering the technique, strength, and explosive power needed for front and back handsprings. Athletes will focus on proper block positioning, shapes, and air awareness through specialized equipment and spotting drills. Whether connecting a roundoff into a back handspring or executing it from a standing position, this class builds the confidence needed for high-level tumbling.

Tucks & Twists

This advanced class is designed for elite tumblers ready to launch into flips and twisting. Athletes will focus on the precision, core power, and air awareness required to safely execute standing and running back tucks, layouts, and full twists. Using specialized drills and spotting, we emphasize proper set technique and high-altitude execution to ensure skills are clean, consistent, and ready for the stage or competition floor.
