Ages: 2–5 years
Our preschool gymnastics classes are designed to make movement fun while building the skills that matter — motor development, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and balance. Classes are separated by age (with 2-year-olds parent-assisted and 3–5 year olds instructor-led), and every child progresses at their own pace. Whether it’s their first time on a beam or they’re already flipping at home, your little gymnast will grow in confidence and ability every single class.

New to gymnastics? This is the perfect place to start. Our beginner classes introduce athletes to all four gymnastics events, including floor, bars, beam, and vault, in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence while developing the foundational skills they need to grow. Students advance to the next level as soon as they are ready, not on anyone else’s timeline.
Once an athlete has earned mostly 3’s on their beginner level test, they are ready to move up. Our intermediate program continues building on core gymnastics skills across all four events, with a deeper focus on technique and progression. Level testing is conducted every 6 to 8 weeks on a 1 to 3 scale, so athletes and families always know where they stand and what to work toward.
Athletes who have mastered the intermediate curriculum and earned mostly 3’s on their level test are ready for the advanced program. This class challenges gymnasts with more complex skills and combinations across all four events, preparing them for higher level performance and, if desired, a path toward competition.

Ready to take it to the next level? Our competitive gymnastics program is designed for athletes who are ready to train harder, perform in front of a crowd, and push their skills further. Visit our competitive gymnastics page to learn more about our teams and what it takes to compete with EXA Sports.
